Biography
David was appointed the founding Independent Executive Chair and Registrar of the JCCP in January 2016 following a two year appointment with Health Education England where he led the national review on education and training standards for the non-surgical sector, on behalf of Sir Bruce Keogh, the Department of Health’s Chief Medical Officer.
For the past decade he has worked alongside Parliamentarians, Government Officials, statutory professional regulators, key influencers and a myriad of other stakeholders to inform the co-design of a new system of regulation and licensing for the aesthetics sector in the UK.
Prof Sines is an appointed Emeritus Professor and strategic advisor on health care workforce transformation at Buckinghamshire New University. He is a Fellow of the RCN and received a CBE in the 2010 Queen’s Birthday Honours List for ‘Services to Health Care’.
