How to join

1. 1Check the standardsThe JCCP has developed, trialled and published standards/entry requirements for the Register of Approved Education and Training Providers. Read the Education and Training Standards.
2. 2ApplyEducation providers seeking approval to join the approved providers register will need to complete a detailed application, provide evidence of their course meeting the standards above and enabling participants to achieve the required competencies and sign a ‘Self Declaration’ statement. Complete the online application form.
3. 3Application reviewMembers of the JCCP Education & Training Committee will review each application and will give feedback to the education provider prior to a site visit.
4. 4Site visitFollowing a site visit, further feedback will be given.
5. 5DecisionApproval granted or conditions to be met within a given timescale provided.
6. 6Listed on the JCCP websiteApproved providers details/courses will be included on JCCP website.
7. 7Annual reviewApproved providers will be subject to annual review of their course/programme.

The process for joining the register is the same for all Education and Training Providers.
